Willoughby is the creation of Ploughgate Creamery's Marisa Mauro. Sadly the creamery had so stop production after a fire in 2011, but with Marisa's blessing Jasper Hill Creamery continues to make this pudgy little washed rind! Willoughby is buttery and succulent with aromas of roasted beef and onions and notes of ripe-peach and herbs.
