Pure Luck Dairy in Dripping Springs was founded in 1995 by Sara Bolton. Her daughter Amelia now runs all of the cheese-plant operations and manages their herd of 100 Nubian and Alpine goats. Silver Lining is a fresh chèvre that is pressed in vegetable ash giving it a beautiful blue-grey color and earthy flavor. Silver Lining is ultra fresh and super creamy with floral and citrusy notes.
