The Liuzzi family has been making cheese for over five generations, starting in 1826 in the Puglia region of Italy. Brothers Lino and Nicola Liuzzi established Liuzzi Cheese in North Haven, CT where their business has grown over the last three decades. Their burrata is fresh and light and filled with Stracciatella cream. Enjoy on its own, or with a sprinkle of Pope's salt and olive oil!
