C'Mon Berto!, is the newest creation from Lira Rossa Creamery in Moulton, TX. Cheesemaker Andrea Cudin lovingly named this cheese after his Uncle Berto and uses fresh grass-fed Jersey cow's milk to make this camembert style. The rind is beautifully bloomy and thin with a rich buttery paste that exudes notes of grass and fresh cream.
