Located in Dublin, Texas is the Veldhuizen Family Farm and creamery. Stuart and Connie Veldhuizen have been making farmstead cheeses since January of 2000. The Veldhuizens have a herd of mixed breed dairy cow's that graze on fresh grass and crops year round producing the highest quality raw milk. Texas Gold Cheddar is aged for at least 8 months giving it a nice sharp flavor. The texture is smooth and creamy making it a great melting cheese!
