Tim Welsh started Beehive Cheese Company in 2005 with his brother-in-law Pat Ford. Pat and Tim had only 8 days of cheesemaking experience between them when they filled their first vat with milk. With their shared interest in great food and entrepreneurship Beehive Cheese has become one of the most popular creameries in the US! Teahive is an Irish style cheddar that is rubbed with Earl Grey tea and bergamot oil. This cheese is complex and soothing, with notes of orange blossoms and stone fruit.
